I'm Three!

We celebrated Jamin's 3rd birthday on October 16, 2010. We had a big party for Jamin at Cornbelly's corn maze at Thanksgiving Point. They not only had corn maze's, but they had tons and tons of activities for the kids. Jamin enjoyed the haunted house and going through the belly of a dinosaur! He thought the pig race was strange, but he loved the wagon rides and cow trains the most. Everywhere we looked they had things to do and adventures to have. We had both sides of our family join us along with some old friends of Kevin's family. It was such a fun and wonderful day. Thanks to everyone who made it so special for our little Jamin!

Biorge's at Cornbelly's

Here we all are at Cornbelly's. I wish that I had a picture with everyone that came to celebrate Jamin's birthday with us. We don't have a big photo with Kevin's parents Ken and Connie, Kev's sister Kenna and her husband Kyle, with our friends Larry, Lilly, Dodi and Donna, but we sure enjoyed having you there. It was such a ye-hawin' fun day!

Grandkids at Cornbelly's

I hope all of the grandkids had as much fun as Jamin did at his birthday party. It was a constant flow of fun activities all day long. Let's just sum up the fun by saying that we were all completly worn out at the end of the day! In this photo we have Tyson above Holly, Wyatt, Keegan, Jamin (on top), Kiley and Brooklyn.

The Corn Maze

Let's just say that the corn maze was a crazy adventure. We did eventually make it out, but every turn was an adventure. We got into corn throwing (or just dropping it into Mom's hair as you see Kevin doing), sword fighting with the corn stalks, or having Holly pelt Jami in the back with a corn cob- it was absolute crazieness and we loved it!

Spoiled with Presents

This birthday was so fun as we watched Jamin open all of his presents. He sure had fun being spoiled! How blessed we were to have family and friends with us to spoil Jamin on his special day. I can't thank each of you enough for not only being there with us and by giving Jamin hours of entertainment. We sure love you all! Thank you, thank you!

My crazy family

We count on things being on the crazy side when my family is around. We all had so much fun at Jamin's birthday party. How lucky I am to have them all around on such a special day!

YeHaw Cowboy

Jamin loves all things to do with cowboys. You can see him roping Laura Ashley, riding his new cow with his cowboy hat, and completely enjoying the hayride. He loved having so many people around that loved him and gave him tons of attention. It was a great day for Jamin!

Birthday Activities

There was so much to do at Cornbelly's. Jamin loved the slide, the jumping pillow, racing ducks, and riding the cow train. He just couldn't get enough!

Kevin, Kevin, Kevin

My husband is crazy! I included 2 pictures in the collage of Kevin's crazy outfits, but this one is so funny to me. It was so small that his arms had to stay in this position. And don't you just love his sexy six pack!! Go baby!

Halloween Fashion show

My mom put on a very festive halloween fashion show (complete with the red carpet) with the grandkids. We had so much fun watching the kids come out with their crazy costumes. Wyatt made me laugh with his crazy wolf mask, but my favorite every year is my crazy husband!

Frightmares at Lagoon

Laura Ashely is the queen of scary this year! She works in a haunted house at Lagoon. She has won prizes for how scary she is (I don't know if that is a compliment!) She sure scared us and the kids when we went through! She is one crazy kid!

Cute Boy

I still love looking into Jamin's beautiful blue eyes. We had to take some pictures of Jamin in his new pin-stripped suit. Doesn't he look handsome! This is a pic of my prego belly at 29 weeks. I think it has doubled since then!

The Great Salt Lake

In September I went with my family to the Great Salt Lake. Crazy enough, Kevin, my Dad and Jamin had never been! I can't believe how they could live so close and never go! We went there for the kite festival. It was such a fun day, but SO hot! Jamin like to see the buffalo, or were they bison- I never know!

Lagoon

We always love our day at Lagoon, and this year was no different. Thank you Mom for sacrificing your time so that we can all go at a discounted price! We also have to thank Paul, Nicole and Isaac for being so entertaining to us! I have to laugh everytime I look at Nicole's face as she is riding the Puff rollercoaster. I can't think of a less exiting roller coaster, but Nicole sure thought it was quite the adventure! I wasn't able to ride most of the rides (due to the baby belly), but I sure enjoyed watching how happy Jamin was. It was such a fun day. Thanks again to everyone (you too Ash!)

Adventures in August

We celebrated Kevin's birthday with my family in Joe's Valley camping. We all stayed the night and went boating the next day, but it didn't last as long as we hoped due to the heavy rains that came. We still had so much fun though! I always enjoy sleeping in a tent. We also always try to attend the Castle Dale parade and fair every year. I still think that Kevin has more fun collecting the candy than Jamin does! I guess the rides made up for us giving all of Jamin's candy away!

At the park

The park in Spokane had this wonderful, old carosel that the kids loved. Jamin also loved playing in the water with Dad. How greatful I am that Kevin is willing to do these fun things with Jamin. What a good Dad! Kris and TyAnna were so gracious by letting us come and visit them for a few days in Washington. It was so nice to get away and relax. We loved seeing their beautiful new home and city. We had so much fun and made so many memories. Thank you so much to you guys for allowing us to have such a wonderful vacation! We sure miss you guys!

A day at the beach

How I love that Jamin loves to swim and play in the sand. It is always more fun with friends. Thanks Sennah for toughing it out with the boys!

Swimming in Coeur d'laine

Ok, I have no idea how to spell this place, but we sure had fun! Jamin and Sennah were so cute in the water! I could have stayed and watched them all day. It was so nice to have Kevin and Kris out entertaining the kids so that TyAnna and I could be the photographers. Thanks guys!

Funny Boy

My mom wanted to take some pics of the boys with this hat. These are some of the funny pics we got of Jamin. He was so not in the mood to take a picture. His expressions sure make me laugh!

Boy or Girl??

(This one is for you Liz!). Because Kevin and I have a at-home-midwife, we did not get an ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby. My friend Liz recommended that I try the intelligender test. We did this test on the 24th of July with all of my family at my parents house. You are supposed to look at the liquid and compare it to the color for boy or girl. It looked pretty green to me, so we are thinking that this baby is going to be a boy. I guess we will have to wait and see how accurate this test is!

Joe's Valley

One of our favorite family places to go is Joe's Valley. This is an area that is about 45 minutes away from Huntington. It is so beautiful! We like to bring our dutch ovens and enjoy the beautiful country. These pictures were taken on a Sunday afternoon late in July. It was so nice and warm that Jamin wanted to play in the river. The only downside was that the river was very cold. Leave it to Kevin to go swimming anyway! You should have heard their gasping as they jumped in! I laughed so hard!!! I made them stay in just long enough to capture some photos! I thought that I would include my growing belly pics. Enjoy!

San Rafael Swell

On July 4th we took my family out to the famous swell. This is a canyon that is 2nd only to the Grand Canyon (which means that it is famous to the locals, but to few others). I have to laugh at these pics because I thought that my pregnant belly was so huge at the time- if I only knew!

Laura Ashley

These are some of my favorites from my photoshoot with Ash. It is just not fair how photogenic this kid is!
